Preview status
OLTA is currently a public preview. Nothing is live on mainnet, no real capital is accepted, and any balances, transactions or returns you encounter are simulated for evaluation only.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Market risk
Digital assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly and entirely. Index baskets reduce single-asset exposure but do not eliminate market risk. Past behaviour does not predict future results.
Smart-contract risk
Onchain systems carry technical risk: bugs, exploits, oracle failures, network congestion and governance error can cause loss of funds. Code in a preview environment has not completed independent audit.
Illustrative data
Performance figures, NAV levels, weights and statistics shown across this site are illustrative and drawn from a preview environment. They are not guarantees, forecasts or audited results.
No warranty
The site and preview are provided on an as-is, as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Availability, features and content may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Privacy
This is a preview draft of our privacy notice. The marketing site collects only what is needed to operate it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this preview.
- What we collect. Standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) and any details you choose to send us by email. The preview app may read a public wallet address you connect; it does not collect names or identity documents in this preview.
- Why. To keep the site secure and working, to understand aggregate usage, and to reply to enquiries you send us.
- Sharing. Limited to infrastructure providers needed to host and protect the site. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
- Your choices. You can ask what we hold about you, or request correction or deletion, by contacting us. A full, finalised policy will accompany any mainnet launch.
Terms of use
This is a preview draft of our terms. By using this site and the public preview, you accept the points below. They will be replaced by full, binding terms before any mainnet release.
- Preview only. The product is offered for evaluation in public preview. It accepts no real capital and makes no promise of future availability, features or returns.
- No advice, no offer. Nothing here is investment advice or a solicitation. You use the preview at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
- Acceptable use. Do not misuse, attack, reverse-engineer for harm, or attempt to disrupt the site or preview. Access may be suspended for conduct that threatens its integrity.
- Intellectual property. The OLTA name, brand and site content belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants a licence to reuse them.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of a preview product provided as-is.
