Public previewMainnet · H1 2027One pipeline, from price to index.
Trustworthy prices come in, a basket settles in a single onchain block, and what leaves is a rule-based index you hold in one position. Every stage is verifiable, self-custodial, and built to scale across chains.
Data in
Trustworthy prices are the foundation.
An index is only as honest as the prices behind it. OLTA values every basket from the DIA oracle, with tokenized real-world-asset prices through xReal feeds for the RWA families.

One block
A whole basket settles in a single onchain block.
Stablecoin in, basket trade, one atomic settlement. The protocol acquires every constituent at its index weight and settles the position to a wallet you control, in one verifiable transaction.
Stablecoin in
You deposit USDC. No exchange maze, no thirty wallets to fund first.
Basket trade
The protocol acquires every constituent at its index weight in one routed order.
Single onchain settlement
The whole basket settles to a wallet you control in one transaction, verifiable on-chain.
Rules
Rule-based, capped, rebalanced on a schedule.
The engine turns a transparent, rules-based construction into a working basket. Eligibility screens and capped weights are fixed upfront, recomputed on a disciplined schedule, and tuned to optimize the risk and return profile.
Rule-based and capped
Eligibility screens and capped weights, fixed upfront and written down. No discretion at trade time. OCI10 caps its largest position at 20% under MarketCapCapped20.
Disciplined rebalance
Compositions are recomputed on a fixed cadence and routed with slippage-minimizing execution, so the basket keeps tracking its rule.
Adjusted for risk and return
Weights are tuned to optimize the risk and return profile, then backtested. The strongest families clear Bitcoin on a risk-adjusted basis.
OCI10 is the pedagogical core anchor. Weights and the 20% cap (MarketCapCapped20) are real, written-down rules. Backtests are simulated on historical prices and do not guarantee future results.
Custody
Your keys. Your custody stack. Built in.
Positions settle to wallets you control and slot into the controls institutions already run, from self-custody to multisig and qualified custody, across EVM networks.
Self-custody by default
Index positions settle to wallets you control, open to inspection on-chain at any time.
Safe multisig support
Treasury-grade multi-signer approval flows for institutions that require more than one key on every movement.
Fireblocks-compatible
Built to slot into the qualified-custody stack desks already run, with segregated wallets across the lifecycle.
Multi-chain EVM
One indexing engine across EVM networks, with exchange access on the path to mainnet.
